By accessing or using The Gang Sheet Builder ("the Service"), operated at thegangsheetbuilder.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including account holders, shop owners, and end customers interacting with the editor or with GSB Product Builder through connected WooCommerce and Shopify stores.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Under the pay-as-you-go model, you pre-purchase credits that are consumed when you download generated gang sheets. Credits are charged based on the square inch area of the design at a rate displayed in your account dashboard. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Subscription plans provide a monthly or yearly allocation of included downloads and square inches. Overages beyond plan limits are charged against your credit balance. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Once a design has been charged, subsequent downloads of the same design are free.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing prepaid credits will be honored at their original value.
GSB Product Builder for Shopify is billed as an app subscription through Shopify's billing system, at the monthly or yearly price shown on the app's Billing page and in its App Store listing. Your first subscription starts with a free trial, and introductory pricing, when offered, is applied as a discount for the number of billing periods stated on the Billing page. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, at any time from the Billing page. While your subscription is not active the designer stops taking new orders on your storefront; your designs and files remain. GSB Product Builder for WooCommerce is not charged for at this time; if a fee is introduced, Section 4.4 applies.
Blanks you order from a supplier through the app are bought from that supplier under your own account and wholesale terms; we add nothing to the supplier's price. Deposits and balances your customers pay are collected by your own store's checkout and its payment provider; we never hold those funds.
On Shopify, credits (Section 4.1) and subscription plans (Section 4.2) are bought through Shopify's billing system: a credit purchase is a one-time app charge and a plan is a recurring app charge, each approved by you in your Shopify admin and shown on your Shopify invoice. Prices are the ones shown in the app. Credits bought through Shopify are added to your Gang Sheet Builder account and are spent as described in Section 4.1; re-downloads remain free (Section 4.3). A plan bought through Shopify renews through Shopify until you cancel it; uninstalling the app cancels it. Your customers' payments for gang sheets are collected by your own store's checkout and its payment provider; we never hold those funds. An order whose payment does not match the price the builder computed may be placed on hold for your review.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Messaging, reporting and moderation. The Service includes live chat between shops and their customers. Any user can report a message they believe is abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable from within the app or the chat widget, and shop owners can block a customer from messaging their shop. Reports are sent to support@thegangsheetbuilder.com and reviewed within 24 hours. We may remove objectionable content and suspend or terminate the accounts responsible, at our discretion and without prior notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the images and designs you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and generate output files from your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by The Gang Sheet Builder and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Gang Sheet Builder WooCommerce plugin is licensed for use with an active account. Your license to use the plugin terminates if your account is suspended or closed. The GSB Product Builder Shopify app and WooCommerce plugin are licensed for use with an active subscription or connected store; that license ends when you uninstall the app, disconnect the store, or your account is suspended or closed. The Gang Sheet Builder Shopify app is licensed for use with a connected account; that license ends when you uninstall the app or your account is suspended or closed.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, your design files will be deleted and any remaining credits will be forfeited. For GSB Product Builder on Shopify, uninstalling the app ends your subscription, and your store's designs, files and settings are deleted 48 hours after uninstall, as Shopify requires.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Gang Sheet Builder, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
